I would quite want one....the TM is the larger, SLIGHTLY faster model that had the option of car-style controls rather than the smaller Ape’s motorbike controls. Would make an amusing little city runaround! The top speed of like....64kph may not help though! :P

I imagine mods to make them a little faster aren’t hard - there is a surprising modding scene for these in Italy! Something like a Malossi cylinder/head swap would help get a little more power and transmission changes to allow for a greater top speed....not like they would be complicated to work on! :P
